1.0 Provide specification 
      Our customers may advice us what they feel interesting to order .
      They can send us the image of the product or you can give us a direction

2.0 Confirm the price
       Our salesman will give our customer the best price according to the specification from you !

3.0  Proforma Invoice (PI)/Sales contract (SC)
        We will send our customer the PI /SCfor confirming the orders.
       It shows the detail on Quantity , Unit price ,total amount,bank account detail etc.

4.0 Deposit transfer
       Customer sign the PI and  transfers the deposit for starting the order once they confirm everything ok .

5.0 Order start
       We will start the order and inform our customer once we have the deposit .

6.0 Sea freight 
       We can update the sea freight when the order is nearly completed .
       We can arrange the shipment for our customer if our customer feel sea freight accepted (Recommend).
       Or customer can ask the agent of shipping company to contact us directly too.
       
 7.0 Copy of Shipping document
        We will provide the copy of BL and  loading photos to show our customer for balance payment.
        Our Customer transfer us the balance amount once they have the copy of B/L.

8.0  Release the documents
        We will release the documents by DHL or telex release once we have the balance payment .
        And we advice customer the DHL tracking number via e-mail .
